RINDIQ is a service of SIA RINDIQ. This page explains how to delete your RINDIQ account and what happens to your data.
How to delete your account
- Open rindiq.lv in any browser — you do not need the app.
- Sign in. Forgot your password? Tap “Forgot password?” — the link goes to the account email.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm by typing your business name.
Only the account administrator can delete an account. We do not delete accounts on request by email, so nobody else can get your account deleted.
Deleted immediately and permanently
- The business account, locations, services, specialists and rooms
- All clients, their notes, bookings and visit history
- All administrator and staff logins
- Your RINDIQ subscription is cancelled and no further payments are taken
What is kept
- Financial records of gift cards and payment disputes (amounts and dates), no longer linked to your account. These are money transactions with third parties that must be kept for accounting.
- Billing records at Stripe, which Stripe keeps under its own legal obligations.
- Your Stripe account remains yours — RINDIQ does not delete it.
- Database backups — deleted data remains in them until each backup is removed on its regular schedule.
