RINDIQ is an online booking system for service businesses that work by appointment: from nail techs and hairdressers to massage studios and physiotherapists. Clients book themselves 24/7, and SMS and email reminders go out automatically. It is built by SIA RINDIQ in Jelgava, Latvia, and costs from €19 a month.

Principles
Four principles. You can check each one yourself, right here or during the trial.
RINDIQ isn't a marketplace. We take no commission on your bookings. When a client pays online, the money goes straight to your bank account via Stripe, and RINDIQ's payment fee is 0.5–1.5% depending on the plan.

Export your client list and booking history as a CSV file, even after your subscription ends. Before an inactive account is deleted, we always warn you by email. We never show your clients to other businesses or advertise competitors to them.

Export while subscribed: Professional and Business plans. After the subscription ends: everyone. Column names are in Latvian.
The plan price covers the whole business. Add a colleague and the bill doesn't change while you're within the plan's limits.
The system, the reminders and support are in Latvian, and reminders to clients can go out in English too. Questions are answered by the people who build RINDIQ.
