In a massage studio the bottleneck is often a room, not a person. Two therapists, one couples' room and one room with the hot-stone setup. How do you sell massage gift cards online?
A massage gift card is what people buy before Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, often late in the evening. With RINDIQ your booking page sells the gift cards: the buyer picks an amount and pays by card, and the recipient gets the card with a code by email. They enter the code when booking a massage and the amount comes off automatically.

How does a deposit protect a 90-minute massage?
If a client misses a 90-minute massage, you won't fill those ninety minutes, because nobody books that long at the last minute. So a new client pays a deposit when booking, for example 40% of the price. For clients who have missed sessions before, the reliability score asks for prepayment or your approval.

What do massage therapists ask before signing up?
Add your rooms and set which rooms each specialist may use for each service, for example hot-stone massage only in the hot-stone room. When a client books, RINDIQ assigns a free suitable room. Two bookings can never share a room at the same time, and clients only see times when both a therapist and a room are free.
Switch gift cards on and your booking page gets a section where the buyer picks an amount and pays by card. The recipient gets the gift card with a code by email. When booking a massage, the client enters the code and the amount comes off the price; you can also accept cards in person.
You turn the deposit on for the whole studio and set it yourself: a percentage of the price, for example 40%, or a fixed amount. A new client pays it when booking, it counts towards the price, and the money goes via Stripe straight to your bank account. If the client cancels in time, the deposit is refunded automatically.
Set up a couples' massage as its own service that may only use the couples' room, so it never overlaps with another booking there. If a client wants several treatments in a row, such as a back massage and a classic massage, they pick them in one booking and the time and price add up.
Reminders go out automatically by email or SMS before the visit. A client with only a phone number gets an SMS. You don't have to remember anything or call anyone.
