A deposit at booking
How does a deposit stop no-shows for a 4-hour session?
When a client doesn't show for a four-hour session, half your working day is gone, and nobody fills it at the last minute. Tattoo artists have asked for deposits for years; they just wait for the bank transfer and chase it in DMs. In RINDIQ the deposit is part of the booking: a new client pays it by card when booking, for example 40% of the price. Clients with a no-show history can be asked to prepay in full.

If the client cancels in time the deposit is refunded automatically; if they cancel late or don't show, it isn't refunded automatically and the decision is yours.
Create the consultation as a separate service with its own duration and price, for example 20 minutes and €0. The client books it themselves and, after the talk, books the session on the same page. Sketches and references can be saved on the client card.
