Extra costs
The subscription covers the whole system. Only two things can cost extra, and only if you use them.
Email reminders are included in every plan. SMS come in prepaid packs you buy when you need them, with no monthly SMS fee.

Clients pay deposits and prepayments by card through Stripe. The money goes straight to your bank account, not to us. Payments are on only if you want them; you can start with payment on site.

Sign up with Google or email and use RINDIQ for 14 days with every Professional feature. No credit card is needed, and nothing is charged automatically when the trial ends. If you don’t pick a plan, new bookings stop, but your data is kept and you can still sign in and see everything.
Yes. Cancel under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription, with no contract and no penalty. The plan runs to the end of the paid period, and after that you can still sign in and download your clients.
Yes, under Settings → Plan. Before moving to a smaller plan the account has to fit its limits: for example, you can move to Professional once no more than 5 specialists and 3 rooms are active. Nobody is switched off automatically; you choose what to keep.
RINDIQ is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added: you pay exactly the price shown.
Every subscription invoice is under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription → Invoices. You can view and download them there at any time.
You can cancel a yearly plan at any time. It runs to the end of the year, but unused months are not refunded. That is why we suggest choosing a yearly plan after the 14-day trial, once you know RINDIQ suits you.
Nothing. Clients book for free, without an app or an account. If you turn on a deposit or prepayment, the client pays only for your service, and the money goes to your bank account.
No. The plan price is for the whole business: Professional costs €35 a month for one specialist or five. On Business the number of specialists, rooms and locations is unlimited.
